Origin Story: About Jon Nardinochi, Founder
From the track to the dojo, Jon Nardinochi has spent a lifetime moving—literally and figuratively. Growing up immersed in Athletics and Martial Arts, he learned early on the discipline, focus, and intelligent training required to succeed. But even as he thrived as an athlete, Jon faced battles that forced him to rethink everything.
Debilitating migraines, chronic abdominal pain, and career-halting injuries left him searching for answers. Conventional medicine offered few solutions, so Jon turned to movement and holistic health practices, diving deep into research, experimenting, and learning how to rebuild his body
His discoveries were transformative. By addressing food sensitivities, refining his training methods, and adopting prehab strategies for injury prevention, Jon regained his strength and vitality. At 52, he’s still training in Martial Arts and feeling stronger than ever—not despite his injuries, but because he used movement and exercise to heal and rebuild.
This journey inspired Jon to create a performance philosophy that prioritises intelligent exercise and movement mastery as the bedrock of success. After years of balancing a corporate career with coaching athletes and professionals, Jon made the leap to focus entirely on helping others.
Today, Jon combines over 10 years of coaching experience with lessons from decades as an athlete. His programs are built on the principle that movement is the foundation of health, empowering clients to build strength, prevent injuries, and achieve lasting results through personalised exercise plans, recovery methods, and holistic wellness practices.
