Conversely, if you focus on “failures” or setbacks (whatever you imagine those to be), your body and behaviour will respond. You’ll feel demoralised and paralysed — you’ll feel stuck and hopeless.

In my profession, it’s not all about exercise and eating right to help my clients achieve their goal. It is all about a change in lifestyle. Unfortunately, one crucial factor which is often considered the least by most people is sleep. It is a basic human need and is just as vital to good health as diet and physical activity.
YOUR SCHEDULE DOESN’T LIE
Studies show that contrary to what you might expect, doing ONE thing at a time, with your full attention, works much better than trying to juggle a bunch of stuff at once. (Now doesn’t that approach sound familiar?)
